THE MAIN BUILDING BY THE BEUTIFUL OUNASJOKI RIVER is an old school, made of stone, it’s in good condition, engineering-wise, and it’s heated with wooden pellets and it can be renovated for accommodation purposes with reasonable expenses. In two floors could house a total of 40 beds in spacious hotel rooms, a restaurant with terrace, conference and meeting room, and pleasant lobby and lounge areas. On the bottom floor, customers could enjoy sauna and spa facilities with various wellness services and recreational areas.
THE RAWHOUSES with own sauna are built right on the shore of Ounasjoki River, and it’s easily add more accommodation to them as apparth.
THE VILLAGE OF PATOKOSKI is located by the main road 79 from Rovaniemi to Kittilä, 30 minutes drive away from Rovaniemi’s city center/Rovaniemi Airport. There are also several buses departing for Patokoski daily.
WILD NATURE OF LAPLAND is right next door, the natural forest area of 1,6 hectares within walking distance from the hotel, with a view of the beautiful Lappish mountains and Norhern Lights in winter time and the Midsummer Sun throughout the day and night.
